SCHEDULE REQUEST

How to Submit a Schedule Request:

  1. Login to your team dugout on the website.
  2. Click on the event title you are participating in.
  3. From the event menu, select 'Schedule Request' and submit your request.
  4. When the notification pops up your schedule request has been submitted. 


Important Guidelines:

  • Schedule requests are only accepted through your team dugout on the website.
  • No requests are taken after 5pm on the Sunday before the event starts.
  • Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis in our admin department.
  • These requests are meant for teams needing specific times to field 9 players.
  • Submitting a request voids any previous matchups, and you will be matched with teams with similar scheduling needs.
  • Requests sent via text, email, or any other method will not be ignored and not accepted.
  • If the Schedule Request tab is missing, scheduling has already started and no further requests will be accepted.

Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
